"The staff was kind and welcoming, but unfortunately this was one of the worst nights I’ve had in a hotel. This was a very rare trip out of town for a relaxing mother-daughter weekend, and I was really looking forward to rest—especially as I’m recovering from shoulder surgery. Instead, the walls were so thin that I could hear everything from neighboring rooms throughout the night, including loud conversations, snoring, a barking dog, and intimate activity. Sleep was nearly impossible. There is also a large gap above the door, allowing bright hallway light to shine directly into the room all night. After a long day of travel, I didn’t call the front desk and instead kept trying to fall back asleep, but the noise and lighting made that unrealistic. The breakfast did not match what was advertised, and the pool area—despite being empty—had wet towels left around, which gave the impression of poor upkeep. While I appreciate the kindness of the staff, the condition of the room and overall experience fell far short—especially for what was meant to be a special and relaxing trip."

"This was the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. The biscuits were ice cold, the gravy was luke warm at best. The eggs seemed to be okay but the bacon was almost raw. Tried to eat but ended up going to Starbucks for breakfast the first Saturday and Denny's on Sunday morning. The "cooks" need training or be fired. I may not stay here again next year even tho' the room rates were very good."
