The staff was cordial and helpful. Someone is always there at entrance of the hotel by elevators. The rooms were clean. The jacuzzi and bar on 11th floor was really clean and the staff was very friendly. Very close (within 5 min walk) to LA Provenza, a very safe tourist area, with lots of entertainment, eateries and bars. Would stay here again.

Staying at Devu was a pleasure! The staff and especially Mateo were great and very responsive. The property is steps from restaurants, live events, shopping and more. I was there to celebrate my best friends birthday and the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate.

The fridge didn’t work in my room. The shower drain was backed up. I called room service for both issues. They claimed the fixed the fridge but it still did not get cold. They never fixed the shower. They will make you get a tourist package to avoid vat even tho vat is supposed to be voided if u are a tourist with less than 90 days in Colombia. The spa is horrid. We tried 3 different spas in Colombia including presence at Medellin Marriott! I don’t think their masseuses are certified. I booked a 90 min deep pressure. She freestyler and did not do deep pressure. When I asked for deeper pressure instead of applying it to my large muscles she squeezed the crap out of my smaller muscles (my arms, shins, etc). It was horrid. They said hotel guests get 20% off; they didn’t want to honor the 20% even though it was in the what’s app thread. Everything is through WhatsApp. Trying to book anything is so time consuming. I tried to book the massage for 2 days and finally when we got there.. they had to massages completely wrong. My friend couldn’t even get hers and she’s the one who booked it. No one speaks English, u will need a translator for every interaction. They will also use your inability to speak Spanish to get over on you. The worst 5 star experience I have ever had in my life. I will NEVER stay there again. The hallways are hot as well! If u want cold air, stay in your room or go outside. It’s cooler outside than inside of the hotel.

The best staff and greatest rooftop bar!

Everything was amazing. The staff particularly Juana and Edwin were excellent. I only mention them because they are who I dealt with and couldn’t have been any better. Clean and spacious with beautiful views. Far enough away from Provenza where the nights are quiet and peaceful. I had a full kitchen with all necessary cups, plates and utensils. Simply amazing
