"A lot of ants inside the room. We needed to pay for the air conditioning 8€ per day which is not in the description. We stayed 3 days and the day after we asked for towels change then they said they change towels every 2 days. After 2 days we asked for new towels then I had to hear that i got only 1 day left before check out and they don’t charge towels when we got only 1 day left. Really weird rules. "

At first we thought it was maybe too big and crowded as we were in peak season, but actually the resort is so vast, with many pools and areas to sunbathe, that it never felt too crowded. The family rooms were a brilliant set up, meaning we could all be together. The entertainment and food was all excellent and varied with themed nights at the restaurant. The fitness classes were great- Vincent was so friendly and kept us motivated. The kids loved the waterpark too! All in all a brilliant family resort."
