"Firstly, check in was great. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Unfortunately that was the only good point! Service in the bar area was a joke, borderline embarrassing. Slack service, with (teenage) staff more interested on being on their phones ( can be seen in cellar area). Simple requests ignored and repeatedly asked for - drink, payment,, receipt etc."
