We all really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, gas stove and massive island. We also loved the screened in porch for eating and the outdoor grill, patio and hot tub that looked out over Lake Albert. They had plenty of games - our favorite being the oversized connect four! While the home is beautiful and modern not all beds are comfortable for adults, the two upstairs bedrooms had a queen bed and set of bunk beds. I’m sure for children the bunk mattresses would be fine but not so much for adults, they are very firm. It was quite hot upstairs when we arrived and noticed the AC vents were covered in each room - we were able to uncover one but not the other. The other important thing to note is that there isn’t water access to the lake from the house. There are two docks but you aren’t allowed to use either. There is a small sandy spot but sadly it was strewn with animal feces. And lastly - the bugs outside made it really hard to enjoy time out there in the evening. Not much the owner can do, it’s nature and summer, but those mosquitos were brutal and they swarmed the front door entrance and the back patio so bring outdoor yard repellent and bug spray! There is a dollar general a mile up the road so you can get things there if needed. The house was clean, easy to check in and out and the host responded to any questions very quickly which was appreciated! It was a lovely relaxing long weekend! ##### Sara C. This house is stunning and worked out great for our group. The yard had some pokey weeds in it and the beach out from the house wasn't cleaned up to use, nor was the public beach.
