- Welcome to our fantastically updated 3br/2ba condo at the Northern Bay Resort! The unit has been completely renovated from top to bottom. This first floor unit backs up to hole #1 of the Northern Bay golf course and is steps from all of the fantastic amenities and beach access that Northern Bay offers.

The unit is on the ground floor, ideal for easily accessing the unit from the garage and enjoying the large back patio facing hole #1. Best of all, no stairs!
