Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private home features two separate apartments with full kitchens, dining areas, dedicated workspaces, and a living rooms with 55” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchens with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

First Level Apartment:
• A queen-sized bed in the main living area
• Main bedroom contains a bunk bed, 1 full-sized bed, futon and 30" Smart TV

Second Level Apartment:
• a queen-sized sofa bed as well as a twin-sized futon in the main living area
• main bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and a 40" Smart TV

Spacious living rooms include a comfy sofa, board games, laundry area, and free high-speed WiFi. Outdoor features include a backyard, cozy front porch, BBQ grill, on-street parking, and keyless access.
