Rustrado

Dissapointing

The hotel its nothing like what its posted. In our room we didnt have a hairdryer, the towels where dirty!!!. In the room we didnt have a safe or fridge and the cabinets to put our cloth was not enough. We couldnt control the ac. It worked from the front desk. and the parking wasnt really a parking because it was just a space at the hotel entrance where one car blocked the other. Finally when i was ready to pay with my credit card they wanted to charge me some taxeswhen my reservation said that eveything was included. Bad!!!!
