This roomy 150m2 vacation home is located in the municipality of Ariany in the northeastern part of Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The home features Wi-Fi, satellite television, and is child-friendly. Guests can relax outdoors in the furnished garden, or sit in the open or closed terraces, all private features. There is also an outdoor pool (with showers) and a grill area, also for private use. The home is just a 3 to 10 minute (1 to 5 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping venues. Scenic beaches along Alcudia Bay include the Playa del Muro, just an 18 minute (17 km) drive by car, and Alcudia Beach, just 30 minutes (26 km) by car. The area offers great opportunities to explore the natural beauty of the island's coastline, such as the Son Real and Puig de Ferrutx hiking areas 23 to 27 minutes (19 to 27 km) away by car. Hikers can also visit the Puig d'en Sard, a peak on Calicant mountain, just a 30 minute (26 km) drive by car. The Ariany area currently offers 30 cycling routes of various kinds that wind through a beautiful coastal and mountain landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 44 minutes (45 km) by car from the home.



Each guest gets linen and a set of towels (1 beach towel, a small hand towel and a body towel). If stays are over 7 nights, 2 sets are provided.



Also on arrival homeowner provides coffee, milk, 4 yoghurts, 2 beers, 2 soft drinks, a bottle of wine, jam and butter (individual portions), white wine, water and a small fruit basket.

Wer Ruhe braucht ist hier im 7 Himmel

Pros: Wunderschönes Haus im alten Ortskern . Außen fast unscheinbar, innen liebevoll restauriert und eingerichtet. Im Ort gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte, eine kleine Bar sowie ein kleines Bistro unmittelbar an der Kirche sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich habe nichts vermisst! Pedro und seine Frau sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar falls man etwas brauchen sollte. Der kleine Pool wurde täglich gereinigt!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Vielen Dank Pedro! Cons: Ich könnte hier bestenfalls die Mücken erwähnen 🤣

Pros: Hemos pasado unos dias preciosos en Casa Padri Pep. La casa está limpia, muy bien equipada y Pedro es muy amable y atento. Muy de agradecer la cena que nos dejó en el frigorífico para la primera noche y el desayuno del dia siguiente. Ademas tuvimos un problema de salud y nos acompañó al medico. Recomendable 100%

Perfekter Urlaub

Pros: Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in diesem Stadthaus verbracht. Wurden nicht enttäuscht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Pedro war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Täglich kam er und hat den Pool gereinigt. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Milch, Wasser, Wein, Butter und Marmelade gefüllt. Zusätzlich gab es Brot, Obst und mallorquinisches Gebäck. Das Haus war sehr sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Geräte waren alle neu. Entspannung pur, kein Lärm von außen. Kleines süßes Dörfchen, freundliche Leute, kleiner Supermarkt dirket um die Ecke (ca 2 min Fußweg). Rund um Perfekter Urlaub! Auto erforderlich! In ca 15-20 min ist man am schönsten Strand der Insel. Wir werden wieder definitiv kommen. Danke Pedro... LG Yvonne, Mark, Phil und Colin
