Welcome to the heart of the island! This beautiful stone house is located just 1 km away from Ariany and is in a very quiet area. Here you are far from mass tourism and especially you will find the peace and relaxation you need in your well-deserved holidays. The country house has 120 square metres of habitable space in 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds. The two bathrooms have a shower and WC. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all amenities. The cosy and bright living room invites you to stay. Even satellite/cable television, as well as Internet/WLan must not be missing in your well-deserved holidays (FIBRE OPTIC). There is a fireplace for the cold winter days. Simply fantastic is the perfectly maintained outdoor area. The rest areas and seating, furnished with great care, offer views and unforgettable moments during your well-deserved holiday days. There is a large outdoor barbecue and plenty of space for shared barbecue evenings. On the terrace, the large swimming pool (9x4m) is integrated and comfortable sun loungers are provided. There is also a ping-pong table at your disposal. IMPORTANT: \- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform. \- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Wir konnten den Gastgebern immer Fragen stellen und bekamen schnell Antworten und Hilfe. Das Grundstück mit Finca und Garten ist ein Traum und noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Die Eigentümer Lorenzo und seine Frau Maria sind so herzlich und nett. Sie waren immer erreichbar für uns. Wir wurden bei Ankunft persönlich von Ihnen begrüßt und haben einen Kuchen und eine Wassermelone zur Begrüßung geschenkt bekommen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und können die Finca sehr empfehlen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert da der nächste größere Supermarkt ca 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Wunderschön eingerichtet mit jeder Menge Charme. Die Küche ausgestattet mir allem was man braucht, der Wohnbereich gemütlich, falls man mal einen Fernsehabend machen möchte. Großer Garten mit schönem Pool . Innen, wie außen genügend Essplätze. In Ariany direkt gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der alles hat was man so benötigt. Am besten aber waren die tollen und echt netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter !!! Die Kommunikation mit Mallorca Charme und den Vermietern war top. Es war definitiv eine gute Wahl und wir können das Objekt bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus mit toller Außenanlage. Der Pool und der tolle Grill waren die Highlights. Auch die Gastgeber waren super freundlich!! Es war fast rundum perfekt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer erreichbar für Fragen oder Probleme jeder Art. Der Pool ist nicht zu übertreffen. Sehr schöne Größe und auch die Wasserqualität war top. Die Finca war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben hier sehr gut geschlafen. Eine größere Kaffeemaschine wäre schön. Leider waren in den Schränken der Schlafzimmer zu wenig Einlegeböden um Kleidung ab zu legen. Das wurde mit dem Vermieter schon besprochen. Was uns sonst störte war, das verschiedene Schubläden im ganzem Haus mit irgendeinem Kram den fast keiner brauchte vollgestopft waren. Gerade zu Coronazeiten nicht schön und der Platz fehlte teilweise. Der Garten war sehr schön angelegt. Für die kleine Wäsche gab es sogar 2 Waschmaschinen. Wir haben mit 2 Ehepaaren auf der Finca Sa Rota 2 sehr schöne Wochen verbracht und können daher die Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Da die Finca auf dem Lande liegt, ist ein Auto notwendig. Wer die Insel erkunden möchte braucht ja sowieso ein Auto. Wir konnten uns wg. Corona fast 20 Monate nicht sehen, weil die Kinder und Enkelkinder in England leben u. Oma + Opa aus Deutschland kommen. Deshalb war es sehr schön mal wieder für 13 Tage beieinander zu sein, aber doch jeder auch, wenn er wollte, für sich sein konnte. Der große Wohnbereich mit offener gut eingerichteter Küche, dazu 3 Schlafzimmer (je 2 Personen) und 2 Bäder waren ideal für uns. Besonders viel Spass hatten nicht nur die Enkelkinder mit dem schönen, sauberen Pool, der extrem gern und oft genutzt wurde, in der Nacht sogar für eine Stunde beleuchtet war! Nach dem kühlenden Schwimmen waren die heissen Nächte leichter zu ertragen. ##### Helmut G. Die Finca ist perfekt geeignet für alle die außerhalb des Trubels ihre Ruhe suchen. Der ist mit Salz angereichert und daher extrem freundlich für die Haut. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es wurde am selben Tag noch eine neue Maschine gebracht. Sehr gestört hat in der 2\. Woche 4 Tage Gestank durch Miststreuen und Gülle fahren auf das benachbarte Feld. Das wird aber keiner ändern bzw. verbessern können. Ohne Auto geht hier gar nichts. Super geeignet für alle, die keinen typischen Ballermann Urlaub auf Mallorca möchten. Das Grundstück ist riesig und wunderschön. Besser als auf den Bildern! Es gibt verschiedene Obstbäume im Vorgarten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen definitiv wieder! Tolles Gelände, Zitronen im Garten, Platz zum Fußballspielen mit den Kids, ein Grill im Außenbereich mit gemütlicher Sitzecke, gepflegt und sauber. Im Haus alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, gut ausgestattet. Die Eigentümer sind sehr, sehr nett, haben uns einen mallorquinischen Kuchen, Obst ein Osterei (wir waren Ostern dort) und einen Wein zur Begrüßung bereitgestellt. Ostern 2019 war es sehr frisch, es gibt einen Kamin im Wohnraum aber sonst keine Heizquellen.
