Appartement conforme Ă  la description. Tout confort, fonctionnel. Il ne manque rien, juste nos vĂȘtements et affaires de toilette Ă  emporter! parfait pour un couple avec ou sans enfants. Proche commerces, et lieux touristiques. Magnifique rĂ©gion. TrĂšs bon accueil du propriĂ©taire, bons conseils sur les sites Ă  visiter, disponible. Je recommande cette location.

Appartement fidÚle au photo trÚs joliment décoré et bien équipÚ. petit bémol sur l'absence de porte à la chambre (petit manque d'intimité... ) et de volets coin banquette.. Mais dans une si belle région ...On est pas venu pour dormir !!!

Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Accueil chaleureux par le papa de la propriĂ©taire. Tout petit bĂ©mol sur absence de volet dans coin couchage... Mais nous y retournerons quand mĂȘme avec plaisir ! À ne pas rater vue sur le lac du col de la forclaz splendide le jour et au coucher de soleil !

Superbe appartement

Nous avons été trÚs bien acceuilli lors de notre arrivée. L'appartement est conforme au photos du site. Il y avait vraiment tous ce que l'on avait besoin. Trés propre et bien décorés. Appartement trÚs calme et bien agencé. Il y a de magnifique endroit à visité, les marchés, pas trÚs loin de la suisse, de piscine exterieure à 30 minutes en voiture. Commerce tout prÚs, Carrefour à 3 km.. La vieille ville d'Annecy est magnifique. Franchement je le recommande vivement. Merci beaucoup

Appartement fonctionnel Ă  10 minutes d'Annecy

Appartement en bon état. Le nécessaire pour le ménage est en piteux état, à remplacer. Gros souci d'insonorisation (les travaux d'un voisin nous ont réveillés) et il manque une porte à la chambre pour plus d'intimité. Par ailleurs la propriétaire n'est pas trÚs sérieuse, elle n'a jamais renvoyé le chÚque de caution, elle nous a juste envoyé une photo du chÚque barré. (il est plus simple d'encaisser l'argent de la location que de renvoyer la caution?) Sinon l'appartement est bien situé, proche d'Annecy et à un prix assez correct.

Idéal en séjour à 2, compatible petit séjour en famille.

La communication avec le propriĂ©taire est excellente! Par tĂ©lĂ©phone, mail ou SMS, elle est rĂ©ellement rĂ©active pour rĂ©pondre Ă  toutes nos questions et nous renseigner sur notre futur sĂ©jour. Le logement est un appartement rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© dans un immeuble calme (mais vivant...). Il est conforme Ă  la description et livrĂ© avec tout le nĂ©cessaire (draps, serviettes etc) ce qui permet de voyager sans. Il est facile de s'y garer, quelque soit l'heure et le jour. 2 points ont cependant attirĂ©s notre attention: - Une porte sur la chambre serait un plus pour l'isoler, - Toutes les fenĂȘtres du salon sont Ă©quipĂ©es de volets sauf une, malheureusement situĂ©e juste au dessus du 2Ăšme couchage.... C'est donc un bel appartement qui convient parfaitement Ă  un couple, ou permet Ă  une petite famille de passer agrĂ©ablement quelques jours au calme dans une rĂ©gion sympa.

Very cosy stay

La casa Ăš situata a 5-10 minuti di auto dal centro di Annecy; Ăš al terzo piano senza ascensore di uno stabile decoroso e tranquillo. L' appartamento Ăš arredato in stile moderno ed Ăš completo di ogni accessorio. Isabelle la proprietaria Ăš stata molto gentile nell'averci accolto.

Un charmante escapade en famille (2 adultes + 2 enfants)

Accueillis trÚs chaleureusement par Isabelle, la propriétaire, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement trÚs fonctionnel, trÚs propre et lumineux, offrant une belle vue sur les montagnes environnantes, à deux pas du lac d'Annecy et sur la route du Grand Bornand et de la Clusaz. Avec 2 enfants de 5 et 7 ans, nous étions parfaitement à l'aise et nous recommandons cet appartement également pour sont excellent rapport qualité-prix.

SĂ©jour nickel!

Nous avons logé 3 jours en amoureux dans cet appartement et nous avons été ravis. Il se situe à 5 minutes en voiture d'Annecy, trÚs pratique, et trÚs confortable. Propreté impeccable. Nous avons surtout apprécié le balcon sans vis à vis (top pour le petit dej). En plus, isabelle, la propriétaire est adorable. Merci encore pour ce séjour!
