It was so nice to be able to walk to the nearby square to eat and explore and feel safe. Large rooms, comfy beds, great staff, lovely breakfasts. Would highly recommend. The many stairs only added to the charm and the view. "

"Great little place to spend the night while on Route 40. The owner was very receptive and helpful. There is covered parking, AC, wifi and a mini fridge—everything a traveler needs. I personally prefer this type of lodging to a big hotel."

Great location with easy parking and short walk to restaurants, etc. Tilcarra is a great village to base yourself in from which to explore the surrounding region. Great hikes in the area. We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience."
