- Quiet in a village of 1000 inhabitants at 230 meters above sea level, with a multi-service trade (bread, groceries, newspapers, meat, cold meats, caterer, post office, tobacco ...) between the vines and the garrigue in the heart of the L 'Hérault on a 4000 m2 plot with swimming pool (secure, accessible from 9:00 to 19:00) and non-secure fish pond, frogs and water lilies. Internet by wifi or ethernet. Single-storey house, completely renovated in 2017, 2 bedrooms, 1 160 cm bed, bathroom with tub, terrace and garden furniture. Parking in front of the house. Unfenced land.
