Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had to clean the small kitchen area before we left but a cleaning kit is supplied and it wasn’t really an issue,we also had to take our rubbish to the outside bins before we left. Lovely pool and good restaurants around the port. Staff at reception are very professional. We stayed here many years ago and it is like it is stuck in a time warp and hasn't moved forward. Having to pay for wifi in 2025\. They expect you to clean the room etc and provide NOTHING to allow you to do this. Toiletries were virtually non existent. Towels are thin and threadbare. One (1) toilet roll provided, so us being travellers from Australia are expected to go to the supermarket and purchase 6 or 8 toilet rolls and then what!! Also..Take Care of garbage or you will be sanctioned. When we arrived, nobody was manning the front desk and we had to figure out that they are only open certain hours, a few in the morning and a few in the afternoon. When entering the apartment, there was noticeable dirt/dust on the floor and surfaces with a dirty towel outiside on the patio. The staff were more than friendly and helpful and were the shiny part in all of this as well as the location, as the back opens up to several shops, restaurants, and cafés along a harbor. Il est un peu daté et mérite un rafraîchissement. Les équipes sont à l'écoute et réactives : Nous avons signalé un problème avec le matelas qui était bien fatigué. Il a été changé dans l'heure qui a suivi notre signalement. Nous avions demandé à être situé dans les étages supérieurs et cela a été le cas. Appartement ayant trop vécu. Aucune isolation qu'elle soit thermique ou sonore. L'appartement est constituée d'une façade en baie vitrée donnant sur un balcon. Ceci doit être agréable quand il n'y a pas de vent ce qui est rare dans les P.O. Resultat les rideaux bougent à cause du vent baies fermées. Une fois couché vous êtes gênés par un courant d'air froid continu provenant des dites baies vitrées. Le problème est le même dans la salle à manger. De plus les baies vitrées ce cintrent lors des grosses rafales ce qui engendre un fort bruit de vent désagréable dans tout l'appartement. Sinon en ce qui concerne l'appartement en lui même , il est fonctionnel et sans aucun charme. Le seul point fort est le grand balcon et la vue. Attention, il n'y a aucune isolation acoustique entre les appartements et l'extérieur. Points positifs : l'accueil : personnels accueillant, le parking, l'emplacement près du port, le tarif mesuré pour les animaux, la propreté de l'appartement.
