Architect house, on the sand, delivered in July 2014, with a garden with trees and flowers, a garage. Comfort. Reverse air conditioning (heat pump). Large space upstairs, very bright. Modern kitchen, fully equipped (Siemens). Quality bedding. Beautiful Italian shower on the ground floor and bathroom upstairs. 2 separate toilets. Beautiful pergola of 30 m2 offering an additional room open, partially glazed. At the back of the house a tiled slab of 9 m2 offering another space for rest. Quiet place and very pleasant for young and old. In this little paradise that is Racou. A deposit is required to the tenants on arrival. 1000 euros of which a part in cash (50%). Idéale pour 2 couples trois enfants intimité respectée .Prés de la mer 70metres environ ,un reve pour les passionnés de la plage et du soleil . bien situé pour visiter la cote et son littoral super ballade passage agréable entre France et Espagne .Un bon resto rapport qualité prix à 100 m de la maison. Nous sommes restés une semaine du 3 au 10 septembre 2016 dans cette location au Racou à Argelès sur mer. La maison située à 50 m de la plage (température de l'eau 22°) est très agréable avec des équipements très récents et bien entretenus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la véranda bien isolée du soleil ou nous avons pu déjeuner et diner très souvent, la climatisation car cette semaine a été très chaude ainsi que la possibilité de garer la voiture. Nous n'étions que deux adultes nous avons donc utilisé seulement le rez de chaussée, mais la taille de la maison, les sanitaires et le nombre de couchages auraient permis d'accueillir une grande famille. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable, au calme en cette période, nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location. Nous n'avons pas été déçu, la description de l'annonce correspond bien à la réalité. Nous avons très facilement trouvé la maison sur les indications de Mme Gilbert elle nous a également conseillé des commerces et des restaurants (nous avons très bien diner le dernier soir dans le restaurant qui se trouve à un centaine de mètres de la maison) il y a aussi un glacier qui vend de très bonnes glaces. La plage est très belle bien entretenue et surveillée, étant pétanqueurs tous les deux nous avons pu jouer sur le terrain situé à proximité de la maison. La maison est parfaite - les couchages de bonne qualité et les équipements récents et fonctionnels. La clim est un plus pour rafraîchir les chambres avant la nuit. Parfaitement insonorisée on ne subit aucune nuisance sonore. L'extérieur est agréable aussi avec une grande terrasse. Cette maison permet de profiter de vacances les pieds dans l'eau sans utiliser sa voiture (place pourla garer dans l'entrée).
