An ideal holiday rental choice in Languedoc-Roussillon, located in a quiet, wooded area 500m from the sea and close to shops, the "Le Hameau au Soleil" residence comprises a group of small, single-story buildings with parking, a swimming pool, and a tennis court.  
  
This holiday apartment, located on the first floor, includes a living room with a double sofa bed, a television, a fully equipped kitchenette opening onto a glazed loggia, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet.  
  
The advantages of this rental in the South of France: close to the sea, tennis court, swimming pool, loggia, television, washing machine, and private parking.  
  
End-of-stay cleaning is included.  
  
Sheets and towels are not provided but can be reserved by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival.
