Beachfront, facing Argeles beach promenade. Apartment 70 m², 6/8 people, 25 m² outdoor terrace, living room with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen washing machine, TV. Calm. Between port and center Argeles beach. Direct access beach.
Close to all shops and activities we can do everything on foot. In addition, the place is calm to rest, and especially a direct access to the beach without road to cross. Returning directly from the beach, enjoy the terrace facing the sea to enjoy with family or friends, a hearty aperitif, or a grill prepared on the barbecue at your disposal. An ideal place for leisure and relaxation without constraint.

séjour très agréable

la maison a un superbe emplacement face a la mer avec un portillon qui donne accès directement sur le front de mernous étions en rez de chaussé joli terrasse couverte pas de barbecue mais une petite plancha électriquelogement de vacance fonctionnel bien équipé avec petite douche dans les 2 chambres et lavabo dans la chambre enfant

Great location, property needs serious upgrade

Great location, convenient layout, but only 1 toilet! For 4 adults it presented a great inconvenience. Both bathrooms were very small, but equipped with all necessary stuff. Kitchen is great, all appliances are in working condition. We enjoyed cooking and eating on the balcony around a big table. Place needs a good cosmetic upgrade. Otherwise our stay was great, communication was excellent, parking was available, and we appreciate all the efforts from the owner to make our stay comfortable.

Très bel emplacement ,très bons échanges avec les propriétaires. Toutefois un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire et il n y a pas deux sdb indépendantes mais deux petits espaces douches dans deux chambres,il faudrait le préciser.

bon séjour, appartement très bien situé

accueil chaleureux, appartement sympa, avec une belle terrasse, situé au premier étage d'une maison (le propriétaire loue aussi le rdc), avec vue sur mer, à proximité des commerces et du port, ainsi que des points de navette vers collioure, bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Très bien situé mais

L’environnement, l’accès direct à la plage et la terrasse sont top. Pièces de taille correcte sauf wc (minuscules et aucune vmc). La vue sur mer vous n’avez qu’une chance sur deux de l’avoir et vous le découvrez à l’arrivée. Pour nous ce fut sans, car on nous a donné le rez-de-chaussée. Dommage c’est ce qui m’avait attirée. Point noir : un sérieux problème d’humidité. Dommage car le potentiel est là.

Super séjour

Très bel appartement, du cachet, bien situé, agréable à vivre même hors saison. La salle à manger est un peu petite pour 6 mais la terrasse lui donne de l'espace. Proche du port et des commerces, accès facile à toutes les routes. Accueil et communication facile et sympathique avec les propriétaires. On s'est régalé ! Merci !

Idéalement situé face à la plage

Logement très bien placé, face à la plage et à distance à pieds de tous les commerces; Bien équipé (terrasse, table de jardin, transats, barbecue, ...) avec toutefois un bémol sur le ménage qui visiblement n'est pas fait régulièrement ; Cependant, le propriétaire a su réagir en nous remboursant les frais de ménage ce qui n'enlève en rien le fait que nous avons dû nettoyer en entrant
