6-person apartment with terrace and private parking

The apartment is located on the first floor of a beachfront residence. It can accommodate 6 people: 1 bedroom facing the sea with a bed containing two single mattresses, 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed and a double mezzanine bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a four-burner ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a television, a 45m² terrace facing the sea, and a private parking space.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. A final cleaning fee of €60 applies.

The "Villa de la Mer" residence is a beachfront building with an elevator. You only need to cross the pedestrian promenade to reach the sand. Parking spaces are located on either side of the building and are numbered. Access to the building is secured by a code.
