The house is located outside the town center. The plot is fully fenced and independent where there is the house with outdoor terrace, pool and outdoor playground. It has a living room with fireplace, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a dining area for 14 people and a rest area next to the fireplace. In the kitchen bar we have a beer tap, there is also a cold room and an additional fridge. It has a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside the house is a very large porch with barbecue, all terrace furniture, television (depending on season) and playground with a table football and target. The stereo is heard both inside and outside. The pool is fully fenced, a chill out outside for spring, summer and autumn that makes the stay more enjoyable along with the trampoline and a playground for the little ones. Everything is on the fully fenced plot with large garden areas and with a very large indoor parking area. As a point of interest is the proximity to only 3 kilometers from Tomelloso where you can make last minute purchases as well as all services such as restaurants, cinemas or leisure centers. You can visit the wineries of Tomelloso offering their wines, visits to the Portals where a variety of activities are offered.
