There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. Finally desk staff did something on their computer for us, said wait 15 min, but took about an hour to get wifi on devices. Staff at desk tried, but this needs to be fixed on a higher level." When they finally arrived the lady, after asking my name started "you have no reservation " I showed my passport so she could see my name, but then started waving her arms about and shouting "NO RESERVATION, NO RESERVATION ". Thats the first time ever thats happened at check-in. At this point her partner appeared, and found my reservation in 30 seconds. Unfortunately I'd booked half board. Dinner was abysmal. A slice of pizza as starter. Mixed vegetables and a few bits of grilled gammon. I was only given one option for each. Breakfast was even worse. The table was present with one croissant, a small glass of orange juice and 3 bits of bread. I had to borrow the butter from the next table and go and find someone for a coffee. I couldn't get out of the place fast enough.
