L’emplacement est parfait pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants car le bassin est accessible rapidement en vélo ainsi que le lac marin. Le jardin est un terrain d’aventure formidable ! La maison est dans son jus, il ne faut pas s’attendre à du design … le propriétaire est très gentil.

Maison de "nos grands parents" avec déco d'époque, mais néanmoins très fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Lés échanges avec le propriétaire ont été très aisés, chaleureux et faciles. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. Sa localisation est idéale. Petite modification à apporter concerant la dimension des lits, comme indiqué (200x200) sur l'annonce. Car se sont des lits 140. Nous recommandons également par rapport au tarif très abordable.

Tout d'abord avant notre arrivée contacts très agréables avec Bruno pour toutes les informations. Ensuite souplesse dans l'heure d'arrivée et accueil chaleureux de Bruno et son épouse. La maison est située dans un environnement très calme avec un beau jardin arboré, à 2 pas de la plage et à proximité des pistes cyclables . Elle dispose de tout le confort et de l'équipement pour adultes et enfants pour passer de bons moments: ( De nombreux vélos, boules , raquettes etc... jeux de société, consoles....) Nous étions 4 amis et nous avons tous adoré la convivialité de cette maison, idéale pour des vacances !

Tous équipements appropriés pour un enfant de deux ans. Jardin très agréable. Il ne manque rien. Nous (7adultes + 1enfant) sommes entièrement satisfait. Seuls bémols, pas d'éclairage extérieure à l'arrière, et une toilette pour nous tous était un peu juste. Je conseille vivement

Maison très agréable à Ares. Déco rustique mais fonctionnelle et propre. Très bien placée à 10 minutes à pied de la superbe plage de St Brice. Bruno et son épouse sont très disponibles et adorables. Une information utile pour les prochains locataires : la maison dispose d'une salle d'eau et d'une douche d'appoint dans le garage. La seconde douche sert plutôt pour la sortie de plage que comme une vraie salle de bains.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison spacieuse, idéalement placée selon nos critères (proche du bassin de St Brice et terrain ombragé) On se sent chez soi dès l'arrivée, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques avec un accueil chaleureux. C'est vraiment un endroit idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Nous recommandons cette adresse et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir. Un grand merci aux charmants propriétaires !!!

C est la deuxième fois que nous louons cette maison qui a beaucoup de charme et qui est très au calme, de quoi se ressourcer pour les vacances ! Et excellent contact avec les propriétaires fort sympathiques. .nous recommandons ! !
