Completely renovated without losing the charm of a 19th century house. In the historic center and with all the services you need nearby. Well connected: 40 minutes from Barcelona, ​​30 minutes from the Costa Brava and 1 hour from Girona. 5 minutes from the train station. With the option of a free parking space in the same house. Whether as a couple, family or friends, this is your place. It has been renovated respecting the peculiarity and essence that this type of house offers. You will fall in love with its spacious rooms with high ceilings, large windows and the Catalan hydraulic tile floor of the time. In the house you will find: two spacious and bright bedrooms, a large bathroom with a laundry area and access to the patio, a large fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful and comfortable living room. From the living room you can access a balcony that overlooks a pedestrian street and where you can see the sea and the port area. You will have access to the interior patio from the hallway or from the bathroom.
