Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Etwas abseits vom 1200 Seelen-Dorf und erhöht gelegen, war die Villa der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Victoriano hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und reagierte auch während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit auf WhatsApp Nachrichten und stand uns so mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein Auto ist hier unbedingt erforderlich. Einen Laden für die alltäglichen Kleinigkeiten erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Los alrededores son muy bonitos, la piscina también es un lugar maravilloso para alojarse. La casa es decepcionante por dentro, es funcional pero poco cómoda y anticuada. El equipamiento es más que adecuado, una bonita cocina y buenas duchas. En los días más fríos no es agradable el interior, por eso recomiendo esta casa especialmente en verano, cuando se pasa mucho tiempo al aire libre. La relación precio/calidad es buena.

Ich könnte ausführlich von wundervollen vier Wochen schwärmen, eine Menge Dinge aufzählen und es wäre kein negativer Punkt dabei, also beschränke ich mich auf das wichtigste. Wundervolles Häuschen in den Bergen von Arenas. Tolle Aussicht, ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Mandel-, Oliven- und Mangobäumen. Am Haus selbst wachsen Zitrusfrüchte, Bananen, Granatäpfel, Feigen, Khaki, Pfirsiche und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist sehr schön und im andalusischen Stil eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool sowie das gesamte Grundstück sind komplett eingezäunt, so das sich auch der Vierbeiner frei bewegen kann. Victoriano: Papa und Sohn, sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht (vorallem in der Küche). Das Haus bietet viel Platz. Der Pool ist super und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat bei kleinen Mängeln (Kaffeemaschine ging nicht) sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Er spricht kein Englisch, es empfiehlt sich also eine Übersetzungapp, damit hat die Konversation super funktioniert. Es gibt die Möglichkeit vom örtlichen Bäcker beliefert zu werden :) Unser einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass man doch sehr auf das Grundstück und den Pool von außen schauen kann. Es herrscht nicht übermäßig Verkehr aber das ein oder andere Auto fährt mal dran vorbei und vom Haus oberhalb lässt es sich direkt auf den Pool schauen. Uns wäre mehr Privatsphäre lieber gewesen.
