It is located in the hills above the coastal village of CALETA DE VELEZ and is built on private wooded grounds of more than 5500m2\. (olive, almond, palm, etc.) Villa with a surface of approximately 160 M2 habitable having its private swimming pool. The interior is furnished with great taste. The villa consists of a very large open space consisting of living room, dining room and kitchen all overlooking a covered terrace adjacent to the pool. In the south-east wing you will find a master suite with large private bathroom. The suite gives direct access to the beach of the pool and allows to have a view of the sea and the valley and the seaside resort of TORRE DEL MAR The south-west wing consists of two large bedrooms with wardrobes, a beautiful bathroom and separate toilet. All rooms in the villa are equipped with air conditioning, TV in every room and wifi. All bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds of 1x2 m which are assembled in 2x2 m. Possibility to separate them. The villa also has all possible appliances (several coffee maker fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, BBQ WEBER, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board etc.). The villa has a covered terrace with an area of 30 m2 which guarantees a shaded area at any time of the day and any season. The pool has a dimension of 8 x 5 + stairs (the night lighting is blue). The beach of the swimming pool is of beautiful size which allows you easily to have the six transat according to your desires. You also have a very large umbrella. The most enjoyable being to continue to enjoy the view even when you are in the pool. The place is particularly recommended for people wanting to rest in the wild without cutting themselves off from cosmopolitan life. The lively seaside resorts are about twenty minutes by car. For fans of golf a walk (BAVIERA GOLF) is located just at the foot of the hill (between Caleta De Velez and the villa: it takes 15 to 20 minutes to access). Ideal place to visit the province of Malaga: Malaga 40 kms, Mijas 60 kms, Nerja 22 kms, Lake Vinuela 25 kms etc. The Costa Del Sol is an area where it is good to live permanently more than 300 days of sunshine a year and even once arrived at the villa in full month of July / August you will not have the sensation of heat (from its location) that you can have in the seaside resorts. De hecho los dos coches que llevamos tuvieron problemas de neumáticos que tuvimos que reparar antes de la partida. Otro problema es el agua no potable ya que hay que estar pendiente del deposito y avisar para que el camión cisterna vaya a rellenarlo, además el día del llenado el agua sale marrón durante 24 horas, según nos comentó la persona que lo rellenaba esto era debido a que el depósito estaba sucio y al llenarlo se removida la suciedad, creo que es algo que deberían corregir porque durante un día entero casi no se puede usar el agua del grifo. Finalmente, en el anuncio se decía que se realizaba una limpieza de piscina una vez a la semana y lo único que se realizó fue la adicción de cloro con lo que al final de la estancia el fondo de la piscina estaba sucio. En definitiva, una villa amplia y con muy buenas vistas sólo apta para coches 4x4 o similares y que debe mejorar en el mantenimiento de los servicios. ##### Antonio C. Stayed 14 nights in Aug 2020 ---
