Bei der Ankunft mussten wir auf den freundlichen Manager warten, der nur Spanisch spricht. Das Haus ist über die asphaltierte Bergstraße gut erreichbar. Berücksichtigen Sie tiefe Schluchten, sehr steile Hänge und wenige Möglichkeiten, den Gegenverkehr zu passieren. Die Villa bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und Velez Malaga und die umliegenden Gebiete. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Hier und da quietschten und klemmten Türen. Die Stromversorgung ist äußerst schlecht. Die Sicherungen brennen ständig durch. Sie können nicht mehr als 1 oder 2 Geräte gleichzeitig verwenden. Das ist schwierig beim Kochen. Maximal zwei Kochzonen bei nicht einmal voller Auslastung. Die einzige Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer hängt viel zu niedrig und hat wenig Leistung. Die Schlafzimmer haben keine Klimaanlage und sind im Sommer nachts sehr heiß. Die Betten hängen durch und in einem Badezimmer war kaum Wasserdruck vorhanden. Die kleinen Fliesen lösten sich in großer Zahl. Essen im Freien war für uns nicht mehr machbar dieses Haus, trotz der Aussicht. ##### MarcellinusPeter jozef B. Seit 2015 bleiben wir jedes Jahr ein paar Wochen zu zweit im Vista Maravilla und fliegen nach Malaga. Der Empfang durch Pepe ist immer herzlich und es war wieder alles bestens. Die Aussicht ist beeindruckend und die Ruhe wunderbar. Auch das Schwimmbad ist sehr angenehm. Die Villa ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Ein zusätzlicher Zweisitzer im Salon wäre willkommen. Jetzt sind es zwei. Zugang --- Wenn Sie die Bergstraße über Algarrobo nehmen, ist es nicht nur kürzer, sondern auch besser. Es bleibt ein schmaler Weg, aber alle sind höflich. Wir haben viel Erfahrung mit dem Fahren in den Bergen und können die beiden goldenen Regeln empfehlen: „Einfach geht’s“ und bei der Abfahrt die gleiche Geschwindigkeit wie bei der Auffahrt einhalten. Beim Bergabfahren können Sie die Automatik auf manuell stellen, um die Bremsen (Motorbremsung) zu schonen. Mietwagen --- Wählen Sie einen, der etwas höher auf der Straße liegt (ein SUV). Wir nehmen immer ein Automatikgetriebe, weil es angenehmer zu fahren ist. Es muss sicherlich kein 4x4 sein, es sei denn, das Auto ist voll beladen (z. B. 5 Personen Gepäck). Unten gibt es jede Menge Tankstellen und auch in Arenas selbst gibt es eine Tankstelle (Repsol). Einkaufen --- Zusätzlich zu den Geschäften im malerischen Arenas gibt es unten einen sehr großen Supermarkt, nämlich Eroski. Sie finden diesen neben der Autobahn auf dem Weg zur Villa. Wenn wir also ankommen, fahren wir immer zuerst dort vorbei, um unsere ersten Einkäufe zu erledigen. Restaurants --- Entlang der Küste finden Sie viele davon, einige am oder am Strand, andere in den Dörfern. Wir wählen immer spanische Küche. Sehr empfehlenswert: Bahia Beach Jazba (Torre del Mar). Aussteigen --- Puerto Banús, der Hafen von Marbella. Ein Mini-Saint-Tropez mit wunderschönen Yachten, Geschäften von Weltmarken, vielen Restaurants und Bars ... Etwas weiter entfernt liegen im Landesinneren die Kunststädte Sevilla (185 km) und Cordoba (200 km). Sie können auch Gibraltar (190 km) besuchen. Aufgrund der Distanz und der Fahrzeit (mit dem Auto) ist es am besten, für diese Ausflüge einen ganzen Tag einzuplanen. ##### Karel O.
