Property is expansive and immaculately maintained. In the off season it felt as if we had rented the entire beautiful property. Lots of walking and stairs — be warned. Everyone very eager to assist and please. Food is fine but unimaginative and ridiculously expensive. Cocktails are great, but still priced for NYC.

"We’ve stayed at many properties, but Patrick is undoubtedly the best host we’ve ever had. Hospitable, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly. The property was perfect for our party of 5.
