O chuveiro estava com defeito mas isso não fez diferença porque estava muito quente. A recepção me cobrou um valor de R$33 reais a título de "taxa de aplicativo", o que eu não esperava. Fora isso, eu daria uma nota 7 de 10, como razoável.

Well located, nice staff, and very kind attention with the afternoon tea set... but our room is starting to be old and needs a serious refresh (not anymore at the level of the photographs at the time of booking).

Front desk staff was very courteous, room was clean, food and amenities were very good as well. I definitely come back again.
