"Our two day anniversary trip in Arecibo was great, in large part due to the great room we had by the ocean. And I mean right by the ocean. I could have thrown a rock onto the beach from our room. My wife and I were able to sleep to the sound of the waves at night and in the morning take a nice, covenient walk on the beach. A very beautiful beach with lots big rocks for scenery and little ones to collect. The room, bath and kitchenette were clean and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. I would consider changing the name of this place to "Arecibo Seaside Waves and Wonders". A beautiful gem and we would definitely stay again. John & Maria"

"Our honesty review..We all loved the Property. 5 stars!Pros:-The pool is awesome. It could use a sunshade to cool it down a bit, but it's still awesome.-The room sizes are huge with lots of closet space- The air conditioners did and amazing job against heat and humidity- The horses and chickens definitely gives it that island country vibe.- The host and their family. Truly a wonderful family. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming.Everything we wanted in a rental.Definitely a wonderful stay.Unfortunately, we had a few issues we didn't care for and to anyone reading this, PLEASE understand that the Cons are beyond the host control... but it's something you should be aware of.Cons:-The homes property is up against the highway and overpass. You can feel trucks shaking the home all day and night. Cars reving their engines while going through the overpass. It truely makes it hard to relax by the pool and forget about sleeping in. This is something we weren't expecting as NO one else has mentioned it in their reviews. (Note: The host does offer plenty on white noise machines to help)-The homes water pressure is very weak. Attempting to use the filtered water at the sink or fridge would take several mins to fill a cup. Shower pressure is also very weak. - No toilet paper down the toilet. This is out of our element and probably should be disclosed on the listing. (Note: Some parts of PR have a delicate plumbing system.)"

"My stay here was great! Close to the beach and it has a swimming pool and spa. The view was wonderful and beautiful. Room was clean and towels were provided. Only problem the electricity would minimize strength and we would not be able to microwave. Thank you."

"The location was great. The host was very responsive and helpful. Although there's not much the host can do, there were alot of critters around. Keeping them out of the house was difficult. Especially the room in the basement. Overall, it's a beautiful place with a great location."
