Visit to Murcia

The hotel was excellent in general but the breakfast was not upto standard. The waiters were excellent but the cooked 'hot' breakfast was cold on both mornings. The city was lovely, well worth a visit, especially the old town, which was about a 15 minute stroll away from the hotel

First stay here and found everything excellent. All staff were very special. Room very comfortable but a shower tray instead of bath would be much more practical. Would highly recommend for a great stay.

Murcia

Nice hotel it's located outside of the city center. Taxis and Uber to and from the city center had wait time's of 15 minutes. 35 to 40 minutes walk to the city center. Breakfast had a variety of options and was good especially for the price.

Lovely one night stay. Quick and efficient check in (allowed us to leave bags and use pool as we were very early) Room lovely, clean and spacious. Very quiet so good nights sleep. Will return if in Murcia again

Always a good stay. Problem with bar as couldn’t put drinks to room, embarrassed to say the least as we’ve stayed quite a lot lately. Had to pay bar bill immediately. Needs sorting please.

The room was of adequate size. The shower was very good The bed was very, very comfortable Didn't try the breakfast - 12 euros each - too expensive. We had breakfast in a cafe outside the hotel

I have to say, that what really impressed me was the staff, everyone was unbelievable, nice, always with a smile, nothing was a problem. Many, many, thanks to the girls in reception, the lady in the in snack bar/ in the backyard, the ladies who did my room, the staff in the snack bar near reception. Everyone was fantastic, even the cleaning lady, was always helpful and with a smile. A minus, the food in the snack bar near the reception, wasn't that good, or shall i say not bad, but it could be better.

The hotel is not close to other restaurants and bars. The mattresses on the bed were worn out and bugs in the bathroom. I expected more from this hotel. The staff was nice.

Good hotel for the money

The hotel is great, clean, comfortable, the only bad thing is that they have these synthetic comforters which are super hot, they don't breath, so you wake up sweating, and the heating system is very erratic too.

Unfortunately, my watch was stolen from my room

First, I must point out the hotel is well located around a few restaurants and shopping centres, and is only a 25-minutes’ walk into the main town square. The front desk staff were good and helped where they could. But unfortunately, I have to give an overall 2 Star Rating for this hotel as I made a rookie mistake, and in my rush to get to a meeting I accidently left my watch in my work bag. When I returned it appeared that a member of the cleaning staff searched my bag and stole my watch. I reported this to the front desk and was told that they are very sorry this happened and that was it. No follow up, no incident report. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and I have to say this is the first time this has happened. It a shame as I did like this hotel for the location but as a result of this incident, I will not be staying in this hotel again on any future trips to Murcia.
