You will also enjoy a fantastic outdoor living space which includes hot tub, outdoor bar area, fire table and grill. 30 minutes to Letchworth State Park. 30 minutes to Ellicottville. Walking distance to Arcade to Attica Railroad tours.

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood

Great Experience!

The house was well prepared. We felt immediately welcomed and at home. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with all the basics for our week long stay. The outdoor space was very inviting and comfortable. We were able to use it for a couple of family gatherings. Matt, the property manager, was friendly, responsive and helpful.
