Located in the very center of Arcachon, beach on foot, T3 APARTMENT of 68m² on the 1st floor of a luxury residence, including:
-Entrance with wardrobe/TV living room, comfortable 140x200 sofa bed, opening onto balcony with furniture.
-Open kitchen, including: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer, separate toilet, WIFI.
- Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) with bathroom.
-Bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) with bathroom.
-Secure covered parking.
- Pets not allowed.
It is strictly forbidden to hold parties in the rental (indoor exterior).

-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kiteboarding surf.
