Profitez du confort de ce logement de 100 m² en plein centre-ville, à deux pas de la plage et des commerces. Un lieu idéal pour se détendre en famille, avec jardin, terrasse et tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable.  
  
Situé au rez-de-chaussée d’une maison divisée en deux logements, cet maison mitoyenne de 100 m², de plain-pied, vous offre un cadre de vie agréable avec jardin et terrasse, en plein cœur du centre-ville. Il dispose de 3 chambres confortables et se trouve à quelques pas de la plage et des commerces.  
  
Vous serez accueilli dans une spacieuse et lumineuse pièce de vie, avec une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée : réfrigérateur, congélateur, plaques vitrocéramiques à 4 feux, hotte aspirante, four, micro-ondes, cafetière filtre, grille-pain, bouilloire et lave-linge. Le salon, cosy et convivial, est doté de trois canapés, d’une télévision, d’un lecteur DVD et d’une table à manger pour 6 personnes, idéale pour partager des repas en famille ou entre amis.  
  
La chambre 1 est équipée d’un lit de 160 cm, d’un placard avec penderie, d’une télévision et d’un lit de 90 cm supplémentaire. La chambre 2 dispose d’un lit de 140 cm et d’une armoire avec penderie, tandis que la chambre 3 propose également un lit de 140 cm, un placard et une commode.  
  
La salle de bains combine à la fois douche et baignoire, un meuble vasque et un sèche-serviettes pour plus de confort. Les WC sont séparés et dotés d’un lave-mains. L’appartement est équipé de la climatisation réversible pour un confort optimal, peu importe la saison.  
  
Vous pourrez profiter d’une grande terrasse privative, aménagée avec du mobilier d'extérieur pour vos repas en plein air. Le jardin ombragé offre un espace de détente agréable. Veuillez noter qu'il est demandé de respecter le calme à partir de 22h00, et les barbecues ainsi que les planchas sont interdits.  
  
Une place de parking privée est à votre disposition. Les animaux propres et silencieux, tenus en laisse, sont les bienvenus dans les parties communes, dans le respect de la charte de voisinage. Il est important de noter que nous cohabitons avec des voisins âgés, très calmes, qui apprécient le calme.  
  
L'appartement est accessible par une rampe pour fauteuil roulant (à noter que ce logement n'est pas agréé PMR).  
  
À seulement 200 m du centre-ville, 300 m de la plage et 500 m de la gare, tout est à portée de main pour rendre votre séjour agréable et pratique.  
  
Linge de maison non-fourni, logement non fumeur.
