Arbor Hills Nature Preserve

We stayed here after going to a concert for a little getaway. We loved the self check in and the room decor. I had to call the staff before we checked in for a couple of questions and he was very helpful. The only 2 issues were the bed, it was sunken in the middle and not comfortable. Also, we were in room 101, near the entrance, and it was very noisy starting at 7am from people coming and going. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. Lovely place to stay.

The stay and accommodations were very good. Great views from the rooftop pool and very cool industrial look/feel to the room. Only complaint is that half of the main parking lot turns into valet on Fridays and Saturdays. Still enough parking in an overflow lot, but not nearly as convenient and seems less secure.

Everything was EXCELLENT! My room was #207. However, the following improvements should be considered by Management for a hotel of this calibre: 1. Access on the Oak Lawn Ave side does not accommodate guests who are physically challenged. A ramp would be helpful. Unfortunately, Uber and autonomous taxis only recognise the Oak Lawn entrance. 2. Elevators: Lighting is very dim and floor selection panel is very low to the floor. In addition, floor selection buttons are not back-lit make floor selection a challenge to many guests. 3. Room bathroom: It would be helpful as a safety measure if grab bars could be installed in the showers.
