Single-story cottage in a house including the owners' apartment on the ground floor, 4.5 km from the village of Arbonne. The apartment comprises: - a living room with a sitting area and a living room (wood-burning stove) - a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave) with an adjoining pantry (refrigerator, freezer, washing machine) - two bedrooms with a double bed each, and a desk - one bedroom with two single beds, and a desk - a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub - a separate toilet Beds are made upon arrival. Wi-Fi internet access. Baby equipment available upon request. Wood for the stove is provided. 12m² covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Private garden with deckchairs and a swing. Parking. The cottage is ideally located between ocean and mountains, 6.5km from St Pée-sur-Nivelle, 12km from Biarritz, 15km from Espelette and 20km from Bayonne.
