Amazing for the price
Considering the low affordable price it was decent. I would definitely come again. I highly reccomend this place for those who are on a budget rooms are very clean.

The only public area is the breakfast room. I tried to sit there with a colleague to go over some work and was told I would have to pay to use the table during off breakfast hours. Some staff are surly.

It’s in a good location and has parking for your Uber/taxi to wait for you. My room was very small but still has a window. Shower is very bad, water temperature changes from boiling hot to cold in seconds and there is no way to keep it the same temperature. No elevator or water bottles in the room (really? It’s 20 cents in Moscow). Mr. Owner, you walk 4 flights of stairs when thirsty. Location is good but I’ll look elsewhere next time.

Overall I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel is close to the metro station, which makes it so much easier to get to different tourist spots. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great area BUT!
Thrown up for the World Cup I believe. 4 floors high and no elevator. I’m not lazy but come on......4 flights! No offer to help with luggage not a thing. Great location but over priced. Good youth hostel and that’s it!

We were visiting from the United States for World Cup. The hotels' location was ideal for the metro, shopping, and our favorite restaurants. We traveled in a group and rented three rooms of all different sizes. The Suite was excellent, and the Standard and Economy size were much smaller than what we are accustomed to in the USA, but we didn't mind as the City was our playground and only used the space to shower and rest. The hotel is clean and the staff pleasant and found most speak English. Thank you for a fantastic stay in Moscow and look forward to returning soon.

A humble hotel in a great location
Basically everything was great, except without the elevator and the room was extremely small compared to my friend’s despite me paying the same price. But great location, plus it’s next to the Singapore Embassy, which was a pleasant surprise!

Отличное соотношение цены и качества
Отличный отель за такие деньги. Чисто, тихо, удобное месторасположение. Хороший вид из окна. Хорошее белье и много полотенец.

Tolle Lage
Die Lage des Hotels ist Spitze, das Service ebenfalls, aber man muss aufpassen was man für das Zimmer bucht. Ein Einzelzimmer ist so klein, dass man weder einen Tisch hat, noch die Koffer irgendwo abstellen kann. Das Zimmer wird erst irgendwann ab 17.00 Uhr geputzt wenn man gerade ins Hotel kommt und sich ausruhen will. Das Frühstück naja, ist aber das Nötigste da.

엘레베이터가 없어 4층까지 다니는데 조금 불편하긴 했지만 위치가 좋아 만족합니다. 지하철 역이랑도 가깝고 환전하는 곳도 1분 거리에 있고 붉은광장이랑도 지하철 2정거장 차이라 저는 잘 지냈습니다. 다만, 어메니티가 없으니 다 챙겨가셔야 합니다.

В целом отель хороший, новый и чистый. Персонал внимательный, за исключением одного мужчины, по-моему зовут Юрий на ресепшен. Ему бы побольше вежливости и внимательности к гостям отеля. Из неудобств - душно в номерах, и отсутствие лифта. Все остальное хорошо. Отдельно отмечу завтрак - очень хороший, для такого уровня отелей.

Soggiorno perfetto
Hotel in posizione perfetta, a 300m da due fermate della metropolitana molto vicine al centro. Il personale è gentile, per capodanno ci hanno offerto champagne per brindare sia il 31 sera che l’1 a colazione. La camera era sempre perfettamente pulita, la colazione ottima (anche se quasi esclusivamente salata).

最適な場所、エレベーターなし Perfect location, no elevator
場所は最適です。アルバート通りまで徒歩5分もないです。ロッテホテルのすぐ隣です。エレベーターがなかったので4階まで階段を登るしかなかった。大きな荷物は1階で預かってもらえましたが。部屋は十分に広くて清潔でした。シャワーのみでした。コンセント変換器を貸してもらえなくて残念でした。Excellent location, less than a 5 minute walk to the main Old Arbat street. Right next to the Lotte Hotel. But no elevator! We had to climb the staircase to our 4th floor room. At least they let us store our bags on the 1st floor. No problems with room size or cleanliness. No bath tub, only shower. I was disappointed the front desk didn't have an extra plug converter for me.

Была в командировке в Москве. Отель выбирала в шаговой доступности к месту проведения мероприятия. Главный плюс отеля - это месторасположение! Номера, конечно, маленькие. Это следует учитывать. Номер стандарт для одного человека то маловат, не говорю о двухместном размещении. И в ванной не справляется вытяжка. Если не открыть дверь ванной, зеркало так и не проявится.
