Whenever it starts getting crazy busy at work now all I have to do is shut my eyes and go back to my happy place at Dan River thinking of the tranquil rolling hills, picturesque cattle roaming the pastures, a refreshing pool to relax in, thousands of stars to enjoy in the evenings, a campfire at night with roasting marshmallows, a real tractor hay ride, a lake right out a magazine to energize your visual senses, friendly and caring owners who only want the best experiences for their guests and great sightseeing locations close by to explore like Mt. Airy, Meadows if Dan, famous Town of Floyd, the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway and thousands of back farm roads to explore and photograph.
