Solensse is an intimate 80 m² retreat nestled between the tropical jungle and the Pacific Ocean.

Surrounded by lush vegetation and offering complete privacy with no direct neighbors overlooking the villa, it is a peaceful place to slow down and enjoy the natural beauty of Costa Rica.

The villa accommodates up to four guests in two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen-size bed. It is ideal for a family, two couples, or travelers looking for space, comfort, and tranquility.
Solensse has one bathroom and air conditioning for a comfortable stay throughout the year.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
The adjoining living area provides a welcoming place to relax after a day spent exploring the region.
A television with access to streaming services is also available. Guests may sign in using their own streaming accounts.

The outdoor terrace extends the living space into the surrounding tropical landscape. It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, read, watch the birds, or simply take in the peaceful atmosphere and the views of the jungle and Pacific Ocean.

Guests also have access to the property’s swimming pool, where they can cool off and relax while surrounded by tropical vegetation.

Solensse is located within Shelter from the Storm, a private 12,000 m² gated property secured by an entrance gate with a keypad.

Guests are welcome to explore the grounds and discover several peaceful areas throughout the property, including the tropical gardens, Japanese-inspired garden, private waterfall, and ocean-view pergola.

The property is home to abundant wildlife. Depending on the season and with a little luck, you may see toucans, macaws, hummingbirds, monkeys, agoutis, iguanas, coatis, anteaters, or sloths. Wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed, which makes every encounter even more special.

Daily housekeeping is included, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete comfort.

High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available and is supported by Starlink as a backup solution, providing the most reliable connection possible throughout your stay.

Guests also have access to a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, and laundry products.

Free parking is available inside the property.

Solensse can be reached with a standard car, although the final section of the road is unpaved. An SUV or 4x4 is recommended for greater comfort and is particularly advisable during the rainy season.

Several optional services can be arranged in advance for an additional charge, including breakfast, in-villa massages, a private chef, grocery shopping before arrival, and romantic or birthday decorations.

Marino Ballena National Park is approximately 12–13 minutes away, Nauyaca Waterfalls 30–35 minutes away and Manuel Antonio approximately 45 minutes away.
Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are just a few minutes away.

How to get here
From Juan Santamaría International Airport in San José, you can reach the area by rental car or book a shuttle service.
You can also take a domestic flight from San José to Quepos, then continue to the property by rental car, Uber or taxi. Depending on our availability and with prior agreement, a transfer from Quepos may sometimes be arranged.
