Le logement a été partiellement rénové mais le frigo ne fonctionne plus( givre ou pas de froid), la douche est petite, l'escalier est dangereux pour des jeunes enfants. Les points négatifs sont l'absence de réseau internet dans le logement et les accès pour se rendre sur les pistes et en haut de la station.(Peu de navette et pas de chemin sécurisé pour s'y rendre à pieds.).
