Set in a peaceful area, the apartment enjoys an open view and a south-west-facing terrace, accessible via a few steps, offering a bright outdoor space. The entrance features a sleeping nook with two bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under six), and the living room includes a sofa bed for two. The bathroom is separate from the toilet, divided by a sliding door. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a combination microwave oven, three induction hobs, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.
