We all really enjoyed our stay here, perfect location - the kids were happy to walk back from ski school to have lunch, then we all went skiing again in the afternoon. The local shops in Forêt are useful and getting to Forum is quick in the “orange box”. The kids loved the bunk beds with the curtains and we all slept really well. Lovely view from the apartment. Nathalie was very helpful, we just had a few questions about what was included with the apartment but she answered very quickly. We hope to come back in future years

Lovely apartment and host in Flaine

Host Nathalie was super responsive and patiently answered all queries. She also made sure she was contactable on the day I moved in to help with any questions. The apartment is overall pretty clean and well equipped with all appliances in working order. (Note: Apts on rentals have equipment used by many people and a quick turnover so while there were pieces of appliances that were not perfectly clean, it is understandable and I did not have any issues with the light cleaning that was needed.) Location was excellent with just a short walk to both the piste and supermarket on Foret as well as the telecabine.I had a comfortable stay at a great value for what was offered and would book this place again.

Great location for family vacation

Nathalie’s apartment is equipped with everything you need. It is conveniently located in walking distance with ALL of the family’s ski equipment. There are grocery stores, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There is also a medical facility nearby in case you need it.

A well kept apartment in the centre of Flaine Fore

Ideally located apartment in Foret between the two Ascenseurs. So good for the pistes and handy for the restaurants and shops too. Extras like a full-size oven, washing machine, TV and good broadband all make this apartment rate highly.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The apartment is in a very good location for skiing, close to the lifts, shops, and restaurants, and communication from Nathalie was always prompt and polite. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance during our stay. There was noticeable dust on surfaces, and the mattress protectors, duvets, and pillows did not appear particularly clean. We brought our own bed linen and used it, although we were not entirely comfortable doing so, as we only realised this late in the evening. The shower drained slowly, meaning water pooled during showers, and there was also a loose electrical socket in the bedroom that sparked when we reconnected the bedside lamp after finding it unplugged on arrival. To Nathalie’s credit, she responded quickly and professionally when we raised these issues and offered to address them, but we felt they could not all realistically be resolved during our stay, so we chose to manage as best we could.Overall, the property is well located and well equipped, but in our experience the cleaning and maintenance standards did not match the very high ratings reflected in many of the reviews.

Very nice apartment in perfect location

Our second stay in this excellent modern apartment. Really clean and fully kitted out with everything you need for a self catered holiday. Well equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining room with a lovely view of the Flaine bowl from the balcony. Perfect location within a 2 minute walk to the ski lifts and also 2 minutes from the supermarket and bakery. Great communication from the host. Nothing bad to say about this place, will be booking again for sure.
