With a surface area of 27 m² (+ 9 m² with a ceiling height under 1.80 m), it is situated on the third floor (no lift) and features a north-facing balcony. The property can accommodate up to 5 guests (ideal for 4). It includes an entrance with two bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6) and a mezzanine level with one double bed (140 cm) and one child’s bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, microwave, two electric hobs and a refrigerator.
