Cocoonr is offering this 25 m² flat for rent in Arâches-la-Frasse, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises the following:
- A 14 m² living area with a TV, a single sofa bed (90×190) and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed: a double bed at the bottom (140×190) and a single bed at the top (90×190).
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet

Outside:
- A 4 m² east-facing balcony to enjoy sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Arâches-la-Frasse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars…

- Désert de Platé: a spectacular hike across a unique rocky plateau
- Flaine (Kédeuze cable car): easy access to panoramic views and high-altitude trails
- Aquacîme: swimming pool and spa with mountain views – perfect for relaxing
