This spacious 78 m² apartment with a mezzanine offers all the comfort needed for a mountain holiday with family or friends. Located in the Les Marmottins residence, it features a west-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun.  
  
The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests, arranged as follows:  
Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160 cm)  
Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140 cm)  
Bedroom 3 with two single beds  
Mezzanine (height under 1.50 m) with a double bed (140 cm)  
  
There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and WC, the other with a shower. A separate WC is also available.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, electric hobs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.  
  
Entertainment includes a flat-screen TV.  
A private garage is included (suitable for a small car).  
  
Optional services: end-of-stay cleaning (€55 to €200), towel hire, bed linen hire (included from December to April except for short stays), baby equipment hire.
