Situated on the first floor of a residence without a lift, the property features two large north-east facing balconies with lovely views of the village. The apartment offers a living room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a second bedroom with bunk beds (upper bed not suitable for children under 6 years old). It includes a bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, four electric hobs, dishwasher and refrigerator. For entertainment, the flat is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and a radio with iPod speakers. Heating and hot water are individually powered by electric systems. This is a non-smoking property, with a ski locker available for your gear. Outdoor parking is reserved for the residence, accessible via remote control (non-assigned spaces).
