The room was clean, but the air conditioner kept shutting off. Our room was very hot all the time. The elevators were always crowded, and the customer service was not very helpful. The food was okay. For the price they charge, the service should be much better.

The resort is what you'd expect for most resorts in Brazil: average. The staff make the place super friendly because everybody is very pleasing. Needs a bit of cleaning and better overall service (bar and restaurant). Rooms are adequate. Not environment friendly at all.
