"Please do not go for this hotel.it is terrible.The room they showed on pics did not match with reality. Very unprfessional staff. Gave dinner order ar 7PM for elderly customer who checked in and dinner arrived at 9.30PM after few followups.

"Staff really helpful, room was what was to be expected in accordance with the website, clean, food was really good too, overall very nice, only thing I could complain about would be that my flight landed at 07:35 and I was at the hotel at 08:00 I was able to enter the hotel and sit in reception but couldn’t check in until 09:30"

"They apparently overbooked themselves and didn't acknowledge our bookings made from a while ago and left us stranded in an alien city. The staff was extremely lazy and unhelpful and simply ignored our predicament. I suspect they got requests for room with offers that were higher than what we booked through Expedia and they just chose to ignore our bookings. I hope the Expedia platform atleast looks into this practice."

"Deplorable unhygienic conditions. The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. "
