"Such an adorable place! We came to the area for the NASCAR street race on the naval base and stayed 5 nights. We would definitely stay again. Everything was very clean. A mini bottle of shampoo & body wash that smell great are provided. Bring your own for an extended stay. Stretching out in the huge bed at the end of a long day was wonderful. No problems with communication. The hosts even provided some ideas for bars that might be showing the race on Sunday after we’d decided to sell our tickets for that day. The only issue we had was something the hosts had no control over. A neighbor’s dog barked a lot the first night and woke me up. After that night it was much better."

"Clean room. However, cleaner never cleaned our room. So when we went back to our room after our trip, what we left in the room still the same. Called the front desk and asked if there's a chance to even just to take the trash. Front desk said, is there any sign “do not disturb” I said no. Front desk staff said, the cleaner changed your towels. How come? Towels that we use still here . Anyway, I just asked a bag for trash bin and front desk staff told me you can get here in the front desk area coz they don’t have other staff. But after 10 mins.trash Bag sent to our room.Breakfast is just right, limited options and my first time to experienced that the staff from the breakfast area asked the guests which room they are checked-in. I think that’s a kind of rude.. This is an honest review.. Now, I know what the cleaner’s do. They will check the record that they cleaned the roomeven if it’s not."

"I reversed the double queen beds room through Expedia. I received the confirmation and payment receipt via email. However when we arrived, the hotel representative told us they did not receive the payment. We contacted Expedia and they gave us two options-refund or reallocate. It was 11pm and we were so tired we didn’t want to reallocate so we accept full refund and request to book through hotel directly. Expedia cancelled our reservation then that room was booked immediately by another person and no double beds available. We were so frustrated about expedia services. Hotel front desk lady is a very nice lady and arranged a double beds room for us which was not supposed to be available."
