This hotel kept our money and still hasn’t refunded us. We booked through Expedia and when we called to let them know that we were there to stay with them they said they didn’t have room for us , we’re trying to get our money back. They are not responding to us or to Expedia’s emails. All we want was a refund, terrible terrible customer service do not stay at this Hotel

It was an okay property, best thing was location.

Beautiful hotel located on the canal. Well kept property with helpful, kind staff. Breakfast was delicious.
