Beach chairs/lounges only available from 10am-6pm. The gym closes early too.
No sports facilities on property.
Resort fees don’t include umbrellas at beach, they charge $38 per day.
On top of a $70 hotel resort fee per day.
Horrible rip off experience.
Current construction on property of a water park, so some pools are closed and the other pools are packed.
Parking is also a rip off at $75 per day.
It takes 30 mins to get your car out of valet.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
