Splendid. Simply splendid. This house met our expectations and then some. The layout offers privacy when needed, and lots of common space for those slow morning coffees. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you could want. There are wonderful outside spaces, too. It's an easy walk to the small shopping center where you'll find groceries, sandwiches, and a Chinese restaurant. If ever we're in the Santa Cruz area, we'll book it again.
